  December 22nd, , PM Even after patching it, I simply can't run this game. ALL POSTS I'm trying to get into fate and visual novels more and it seems like this is the best way to experience the fate visual novel, however I can't find a place to download to actual game to start using these patches.

I would appreciate it a lot! I guess that means this isn't the final version? That's right, there are still some known issues and they won't release v1. This doesn't mean the game isn't playable though. I've rushed the entire Fate route some days ago and I didn't encounter any bug or crash. Anyway, if a new version of any patch comes out, you'll only have to download it through the info link at the top of the page search for "Mandatory patches" in that page.

Just copy it in the game folder and you're done. This is not working on latest Windows 10 update for me. Switching to low resolution version fixed that, but then various things were untranslated, like the config panel. I see. Maybe some patch settings weren't applied properly. Any error messages or bugs other than that? Anyway if other people experience it too, please let me know so I can check if it's a common problem. Does this have all the uncensored stuff in it?

I had an old save file in the Docs so i erased it Thanks for reply. Anyone knows where savefile is located? The savefile location is set by you when you first start the game provided that you deleted config.

Anyway, if you want to know what's your savefile location, just open config. You can find it there after "saveDataLocation". And considering the beta-like nature of this release, I'm not sure if leaving the version number out of the title was the best of ideas, especially since it sounds like from the forum that the next upcoming version will be v1.

Hmm, I didn't check for file hashes when I was uploading, I just assumed they were all v0. I'll definitely verify this now that you've pointed it out. About upcoming versions, it's not necessary to reupload the whole thing every time since only a few files need to be updated. However I understand that doing so kinda defeats the purpose of "prepatched", therefore I'll probably upload a new updated installation here when v1. Since this is the recommended play order, this version will force you like the original version did to play by following it: the Fate route as the first one, then Unlimited Blade Works and finally Heaven's Feel.
